the Chef
Born in Portugal and
raised in France, José deAnacleto was born to cook. When he was
still in his early teens, he began transforming the colors, textures
and flavors of the bountiful harvest from the farm and garden, field
and forest, land and water into gastronomic art. By
the time he was 14, was cooking professionally.
Now that he is 39, he
feels like he has finally matured into the title of a Chef. Chef
DeAnacleto modestly calls himself a cook, but his fans call him a
culinary genius.
