Hotel and Restaurant Million has been listed in the prestigious Michelin Guide since its beginning 100 years ago in 1900.  Our goal is to provide a worthwhile stop with comfortable surroundings and quality cuisine.

Restaurant Million, hosted by Chef-Owner José deAnacleto and his wife Su-Chen, offers classic regional French cuisine, prepared and served by a professional and talented staff, in the formal dining room.   

The dining experience at Restaurant Million, at lunch and at dinner, typifies the gracious art of fine dining.

About the Chef

Born in Portugal and raised in France, José deAnacleto was born to cook.  When he was still in his early teens, he began transforming the colors, textures and flavors of the bountiful harvest from the farm and garden, field and forest, land and water into gastronomic art.  By the time he was 14, was cooking professionally.

Now that he is 39, he feels like he has finally matured into the title of a Chef.  Chef DeAnacleto modestly calls himself a cook, but his fans call him a culinary genius.
