| Hotel Million,
originally named Etoile du Nord, was founded by Jean-Pierre Million
in the late 1770's.

| The present-day hotel and restaurant
incorporate the original structures into the public rooms.
|
|
|
|
Restaurant Million received its Michelin stars in 1969 and 1980
under the direction of the Chef-Owner Philippe Million. Today,
Chef-Owner José de Anacleto, a pupil of Philippe Million, proudly
carries on the tradition.
